POSTAGE AND DELIVERY SUPPORT
Please note that there may be delays in shipment or delivery of our goods during busy holiday periods (such as the lead up to Christmas), or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as reduced staffing at Australia Post or third party depots).
We deliver within Australia only.
All orders are delivered by Australia Post, or if not appropriate, then we reserve the right to engage another substitute delivery service at our discretion.
Within Australia:
Free Standard Postage on orders over $200.00. Excludes Bulky Postage.
Standard Postage is a flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $200.00.
Express Postage is a flat rate of $17.00.
Bulky Postage starts at $19.95 and you will be notified at checkout. Some product listings that mention it is a Bulky Postage will require a seperate delivery quote which will be emailed to the customer if they have processed the order without first receiving a shipping quote.
Please note: If a product is considered a bulky/heavy item, additional delivery fees will apply. You are welcome to contact us for a delivery quote based on your address prior to purchasing. If you choose to complete your purchase without a quote and pay the standard $9.95 shipping, we will contact you with the additional delivery fee, and the $9.95 already paid will be deducted from the total. Bulky products that are over $200.00 may have a $0.00 postage on checkout however the above conditions still apply.
Payment of the additional delivery fee must be made within 2 business days of receiving your quote. If payment is not received within this time, and or you do not accept the postage quote, an automatic refund will be issued, with an additional processing fee applied and deducted from the total refund amount.
Tracking is provided with every order. After payment is received, we will use reasonable endeavours to ship goods within 2-5 business days for standard postage and 1-2 business days for express postage, unless stated otherwise.
Australia Post may withdraw its express delivery guarantee at any time, we will not be able to refund the cost of express delivery if there is a delay caused by Australia Post or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
*With the current delays being experienced by Australia Post, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your goods to arrive. If a delay occurs for any other reason, we will take reasonable steps to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Packaging & Presentation
At Wanderluxe Lane, we want you to feel excited when receiving your parcel — we believe it’s the thoughtful details that make all the difference.
We take great care in how your order is packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. While we predominantly use Australia Post for delivery, packaging may vary depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the items ordered.
At our discretion, we may use alternative or reusable packaging, including packaging that is not branded by Australia Post, where required to safely accommodate certain products or order combinations. This may include external packaging that differs from our branding or contains pre-existing markings, labels, or product information, which may not reflect the contents of your order.
Our first priority is to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, and this may require additional protective materials or custom packaging solutions. While packaging may differ from standard postal boxes, we always aim to maintain a thoughtful and elevated presentation that reflects the Wanderluxe Lane experience.
Order Accuracy & Delivery Details
Ensure all information regarding your order including the names and delivery address and any other information is correct prior to checking out, as once the order has been packed and posted it is out of our control and no changes can be made.
Please provide the correct delivery address when submitting an order. We are not responsible or liable for any damaged, lost or stolen goods or services that have arrived successfully to the (incorrect) address provided by the customer.
If you have noticed you have made an error with your order, please email us immediately after you've checked out, with your name, contact details, order number, description and details and with the correct information. If your order has not been processed and we are able to amend the order details, we will happily correct the details supplied by the customer.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Wanderluxe Lane is not responsible for parcels that are returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer; or

Failure to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by Australia Post or other delivery services.
If your parcel is returned to us under these circumstances, we’ll happily resend it — however, a new shipping fee will apply. We’ll be in touch to confirm redelivery and provide payment details for the postage.
We will take reasonable steps to leave unattended goods in a safe location but if you select authority to leave unattended then we exclude liability for any lost, damaged or stolen gifts that are delivered to the correct address. We cannot guarantee the delivery of goods to unusual non-residential addresses such as PO Boxes or Hospitals and exclude liability for same.
We take exceptional care in ensuring that the items you purchase are protected well when packing your order. If on the rare occasion an item is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible in writing, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your goods, with supporting photos and as much detail of the damaged item in the condition it arrived to you. We will review your claim and if necessary, we may decide to contact Australia Post or a third party to further evaluate the claim or engage with a potential third party that may be responsible for the damage. Upon investigation and if it applies to you, we will offer you a reasonable solution, such as a replacement item or a refund. We will cover the costs of return postage on damaged items.

Gifts may contain perishables, delicate items or candle wax that may be damaged in excessive weather conditions. Do not leave gifts in direct sunlight or other excessive weather conditions.

If purchasing a gift for a colleague or company, by purchasing such a gift you warrant that the purchase is in accordance with all applicable employer policies and processes and does not breach any applicable laws.
