Would you prefer a specific thread colour? You may request a custom colour for the embroidery thread! Please email us prior to ordering to confirm that your colour choice is possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Terms & Conditions:
- Processing time: Personalised embroidery orders take approximately one week from the order date. We will post the order up to one week after the towel has been embroidered.
- If you require your order earlier, please allow additional time for processing.
- Urgent orders incur an additional fee of $10.00. Please contact us if you need the item embroidered sooner.
- No changes can be made once the order has been placed. Please ensure the spelling of the name is correct.
- Due to the custom nature of this product, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a fault with the item.
