Would you prefer a specific thread colour? You may request a custom colour for the embroidery thread! Please email us prior to ordering to confirm that your colour choice is possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Terms & Conditions:
- Processing time: Personalised embroidery orders take approximately 1–2 weeks from the order date. Please note that we batch embroidery orders weekly. Orders placed after our weekly batch has been submitted will be included in the following week’s batch, which may extend the processing timeframe.
- We will post the order up to one week after the towel has been embroidered.
- If you require your order earlier, please allow additional time for processing.
- Urgent orders incur an additional fee of $10.00. Please contact us if you need the item embroidered sooner.
- No changes can be made once the order has been placed. Please ensure the spelling of the name is correct.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase. If any clarification is required or further correspondence after an order has been placed, this will result in an extended processing timeframe at our discretion.
- Due to the custom nature of this product, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a fault with the item.
